Our Carrier Appointment Model

As a specialty insurance brokerage focused on event, venue, and entertainment risk, Eventure Insurance works through a mix of direct carrier appointments and specialty market relationships. That structure gives us access to carrier underwriting teams and placement options for both standard submissions and harder-to-place specialty risks.

Our appointment portfolio is carefully curated to include carriers with deep experience in specialty event and entertainment risk. We do not pursue carrier volume for its own sake—instead, we maintain relationships with carriers whose underwriting appetite, claims handling capabilities, and financial strength align with the specific needs of our insureds.

Carrier Financial Strength Review

Many venue contracts and permit requirements ask for coverage from carriers with specific financial strength ratings. Eventure prioritizes financially strong specialty markets and confirms carrier rating, admitted or non-admitted status, and form availability as part of the placement review.

A.M. Best ratings are one factor in that review. Final carrier selection depends on the event type, state, requested limits, venue wording, underwriting eligibility, and the markets available for that specific risk.

How Carrier Relationships Benefit Policyholders

Deep carrier relationships translate directly into policyholder benefits. When a risk fits established guidelines, those relationships can streamline review and placement. When risks fall outside standard guidelines, such as high-capacity festivals, pyrotechnic events, or venues with complex liability profiles, access to specialty underwriting teams helps us move the submission into the right market more efficiently.

Policies are issued and claims are ultimately handled by the carrier, not by Eventure Insurance. Our role is to help align the risk with the right market, explain the structure being offered, and support the insured during the placement and servicing process.
