Brokerage Services

Eventure Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage and concierge intake platform. We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite or issue insurance policies. Our role is to connect event organizers, hosts, planners, vendors, and businesses with appropriate insurance coverage through our network of insurance carriers. We act as your broker, working on your behalf to identify coverage options, facilitate the application process, and assist with certificate issuance. All coverage is provided by third-party insurance carriers.

No Guarantee of Coverage

Submission of a coverage request or quote inquiry does not guarantee that coverage will be offered or bound. All coverage is subject to underwriting approval by the issuing insurance carrier. Terms, conditions, exclusions, and pricing are determined solely by the carrier. Quotes provided through our platform are estimates only and are not binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the issuing carrier. Coverage is not effective until a policy has been issued and all required premiums have been paid.

Communication Consent

By submitting a coverage request or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Eventure Insurance via email, phone, SMS, or other electronic means. These communications may include information about your coverage request, policy documents, certificates of insurance, renewal notices, and service updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional communications related to your coverage will continue as necessary.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all coverage requests, applications, and communications with Eventure Insurance. Material misrepresentation or omission of facts may result in denial of coverage, cancellation of a policy, denial of claims, or other consequences as determined by the issuing carrier. You are responsible for reviewing all policy documents and notifying us of any errors or changes.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Eventure Insurance or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Eventure Insurance in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eventure Insurance, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms of Service, your provision of inaccurate information, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Oregon. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Severability
