The Vendor Coverage Challenge
Venues and festivals require vendor COIs with product liability (especially food), hired auto, and general liability. Each event may have slightly different requirements, and managing multiple COIs throughout the season becomes complex.
Eventure can review multi-event and annual policy options for qualifying vendors. After coverage is bound, new COI requests can be coordinated as events are added, subject to policy terms, complete event details, carrier processing, and any required endorsements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get coverage for multiple events on one policy?
Yes. Our vendor program provides annual coverage that works across multiple events, venues, and locations. You don't need separate policies for each event.
How quickly can I get a COI for a new event?
Once a policy is in place, we can coordinate additional COI requests for new events. Timing depends on complete event details, carrier processing, and whether new endorsements or underwriting review are required.
Do I need separate food truck insurance?
Food trucks need specialized coverage including product liability, fire damage, and hired/non-owned auto. Our vendor program addresses these specific exposures.
What about selling products I didn't make?
Reselling third-party products may require product liability that covers your role as a distributor. Discuss your specific inventory with our underwriters.
Can I add events throughout the year?
Yes. Annual policies allow you to add venues and events as your schedule develops. Each additional insured COI is provided at no extra charge.
