When Will I Receive My Certificate?
Certificates are coordinated after coverage is bound. Processing time depends on complete information, carrier handling, payment, endorsements, and requested documentation. If your venue has specific wording requirements, allow time for our team to review them against the policy before venue review.
Certificate Delivery Options
Certificates can be delivered via email (PDF) or sent directly to your venue. Indicate your preference when requesting coverage.
Requesting Changes to Your Certificate
If you need to add additional insureds, correct information, or update wording after your certificate has been issued, contact us with your reference ID and the specific changes needed.
Need a certificate for your event?
